There is something to be said about turning the page and starting a new calendar. It can be exciting, scary and somewhat curious as we wonder what new things we are in store for.
I love the holiday season but when January comes around, it always feels good to be back on a normal routine and exciting to start a new year. I've given up on making "resolutions" as I never really seem to follow through on them. At least things that I write down. Although I probably should since all the experts say that if you don't set a goal then you won't achieve anything! I guess I have general goals in my mind that are always lurking. You know the one about eating better and exercising more. That one is always the first to go out the window as life gets busy and overwhelming with the to do lists.
But if being creative and coming up with new jewelry designs is a goal of yours, then I have something that might be right up your ally!

It is a great way to get inspired in the creativity department! I love love love designing jewelry with of course my lampwork beads but then my next love is Czech beads. I've seen a large sample of the monthly bead sets and they are fabulous. Just looking at them makes the wheels in your mind starting whirling on ways to use them. It would make a great monthly creative challenge.
